About Robin Hill Florist

Robin Hill Florist was established in a closet-sized storefront in NYC's Hell's Kitchen in 1957. After working in the shop during high school and learning the business from the ground up, we took over the store in 1994. In 1997 we opened our shop in West Pittston, PA, where we serve the greater Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. Our philosophy is simple. We know all florists are not created equal. Our customers deserve only the best, nothing less will do. We use only the freshest, highest quality couture flowers. Our focus is on the flower without the fussiness. Our goal is to bring the spirit of the garden indoors. We strive to give superior service that exceeds both our customer's expectations and surpasses any other florist.

Robin Hill Florist proudly serves Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Scranton Wilkes-Barre area with fresh flower arrangements and professional floral design on a daily basis.

Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We are a full service florist. We carry a large inventory of the freshest, highest quality flowers from, Holland, the United States, Australia, Israel, Africa, South America and many other places all over the world. Our roses are premium long stemmed roses from Ecuador. Plants from tabletop to floor size are available for sale or lease in baskets, terracotta and decorative pottery. Weddings, parties and corporate events are done with NYC flair. Our tasteful funeral arrangements convey your sentiments without that typical "funeral look". Gourmet, fruit and gift baskets are available when your occasion calls for something other than flowers. We also carry a complete line of full-size greeting cards, GUND plush animals, Chive vases, Danielle & Co. soaps, mylar balloons and scented candles.

A local delivery fee of $9.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Sunday delivery is available. All orders placed online for Sunday delivery, must be received by 3PM on the Saturday before the requested delivery date. Orders placed by telephone for Sunday delivery must be received by 5PM on the Saturday before the requested delivery date.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Rural route addresses may require additional information such as a road name and the recipient's telephone number.

Recipient Not Home -
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the delivery is attempted, we will either:

• Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time.
• Leave a note on the recipient's door and/or answering machine asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
• Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).
• Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door and/or answering machine with this information.
