Taylor's History
Taylor was named after Moses Taylor, a railroad promoter and owner of
the Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western Railroads. In fact, there are several
locations in Pennsylvania named after him. The borough was founded during
the late 1800s under the name "The Union." Later, the community
voted to rename the settlement to "Taylorville" in honor of
Taylor. In the early 1900s, it was again renamed to Taylor.

New York City's Hell's Kitchen. The current owners worked in the store
during high school and took it over in 1994, and the shop moved to Pennsylvania
